Our family’s Santa Cruz roots span five generations. Four generations took part in restoring Grand Avenue, bringing fresh care to a building first completed in the 1960s.
Over four years, we preserved its original architecture while improving interior layouts and renewing the homes with carefully selected materials and finishes. Completed in 2026, the restoration brings together rift-sawn white oak, stone and marble, refined fixtures and a lasting connection to the coast.
Our intention is simple: a place to find peace and privacy, rest well, and head outside ready to enjoy the day.
